Exchange & Return Policy

We take great care in inspecting and packing each order, and hope you love what you receive.
However, please kindly note that once an order has been placed, we do not accept returns.

That said, if you receive an incorrect item or the product arrives with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

If verified, we are happy to offer an exchange or repair (if possible).

If you still wish to return your item, customers will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

For sizing issues, we offer a one-time size exchange (subject to availability). In this case, shipping fees will also be covered by the customer.

Please note that sale items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
